The Senior Product Manager will lead the end-to-end strategy, development, launch, and lifecycle management of the company’s Forex and INR card portfolio. The role will be responsible for building customer-focused, compliant, scalable, and commercially successful card products for corporate, retail, student, and travel segments.

Own the product strategy, roadmap, development, launch, and lifecycle management of Forex and INR cards.
Identify new product opportunities through customer research, market analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
Define product requirements and coordinate implementation with technology, operations, compliance, finance, sales, and customer-service teams.
Manage integrations with issuing banks, card networks, processors, payment gateways, and technology partners.
Design and improve customer journeys covering onboarding, KYC, card issuance, loading, payments, refunds, reversals, disputes, and card closure.
Ensure compliance with applicable RBI, FEMA, PPI, KYC/AML, card-network, information-security, and internal risk requirements.
Develop pricing, fee structures, foreign-exchange margins, transaction limits, and commercial propositions.
Drive card acquisition, activation, transaction volumes, revenue, profitability, usage, and customer retention.
Monitor authorisation rates, failed transactions, reversals, settlements, fraud, chargebacks, and customer complaints.
Lead product testing, user-acceptance testing, pilot launches, go-live readiness, and post-launch performance reviews.
Manage product incidents and escalations, including root-cause analysis and timely corrective action.
Prepare product dashboards, business reports, and performance presentations for senior management.
Maintain product documents, SOPs, process notes, customer communications, terms and conditions, and training materials.
Train sales, operations, branches, agents, and customer-service teams on product features and processes.
Manage vendor relationships, contracts, service-level agreements, costs, and delivery performance.
Identify opportunities for automation, digital innovation, and AI-enabled customer experiences.
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, technology, or a related discipline; an MBA is preferred.
8–12 years of experience in cards, payments, banking, fintech, foreign exchange, or prepaid products.
Strong understanding of Forex cards, INR prepaid cards, digital payments, and card-processing systems.
Working knowledge of RBI, FEMA, PPI, KYC/AML, and card-network requirements.
Experience managing technology integrations and working with issuing banks, processors, Visa/Mastercard, and payment partners.
Demonstrated experience in launching and scaling card or payment products.
Strong analytical, commercial, stakeholder-management, and problem-solving capabilities.

Experience: 6 - 9 years in lifecycle/CRM/retention marketing, with 3+ years hands-on on an enterprise CDP or marketing automation platform (Netcore strongly preferred; MoEngage/CleverTap/WebEngage acceptable)
Experience: 4 - 6 years in performance marketing / paid media, preferably in BFSI, fintech, travel, or D2C
Experience: 4-7 Years in Customer Support / Customer Service Operations, with at least 1-2 years in a Team Lead or supervisory role.
